MOLLYMOOK PREPARATION

Six of our team are heading to Mollymook for the NSW Country Championships.I would like to wish Shakyra, Danni, Bree - Anne, Jacob, Zane and Finn all the very best. Lets bring home many good results and a number of personal bests.
I am hoping you are all stepping up your training during the post Christmas period. If you have not then here are some tips, try these daily
10 push ups 3 times a day
50 sit ups
10 - 15min jog 3 times a week
3 board sessions ( ins and outs, starts and finishes)
2- 3 Swim sessions,
