Weekly Wrap 30th October 2014

posted 29 Oct 2014, 18:04 by Admin at CabaSLSC

Hey Everyone,

A lot happening at the Club this weekend.  Firstly Friday Night we have a BBQ on the deck run by our Junior Parents, cheap Friday night feed for all the family.  Any Junior Parents that would like to come help out, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Pandanus Cafe is of course still open for Alacarte and blackboards specials.

Saturday we are open for lunch from Noon until 4.  Saturday Night we have our Caba Beach Bash party featuring the Innocent Bystanders.  So come down for a fun night of live music, some retro surf movies on the screen, and of course the best views in town.  Our boys behind the bar will even be mixing up some tequila sunrises for something a little different.   Tickets are only $10.00 with all proceeds going to Surf Lifesaving.

Sunday we are open from Noon for lunch, and then our normal Raffles and Member Draws in the afternoon.  We will also be drawing the Melbourne Cup Calcutta Raffle and Auctioning off the horses at 6pm.  So if you want to put in a bid to win some cool cash, this will be happening at 6pm.

Speaking of Melbourne Cup, we do still have some seats available for our Luncheon on Tuesday 4th November.  Tickets are $55.00 and include a drink on arrival, buffet lunch and a sweet treat after.  There will be raffles, lucky door prizes, a fashion parade, sweeps and of course all the Melbourne Cup Day racing on two big screens.  Please email admin@cabaslsc.org.au ASAP if you require a ticket as we are in the final stages of finalising numbers and tables for catering.  So giddy up!
